JpGU「一時保育」と「学童ルーム」のご案内
【一時保育】０歳～小学３年
2026年5月24日～29日・完全予約制
会場の一室に、臨時の保育室を作成しスタッフやお客様のお子さんを預かります。
■対象年齢：０才～６歳（未就園児）・小学生（３年生まで）
■保育料：１時間あたり
・0歳(3カ月～)： 1,000円
・1～6歳(幼児)：800円
・6歳~(小学生)：500円
■保育時間：AM8：00～PM19:00
■定員：20名
- 乳児が多い場合安全面を考慮し、定員を少なくさせていただきます。 定員がいっぱいの場合、保育をお断りさせていただくこともございますので、お早目のご予約をお願いいたします。
- 食欲がなく、元気がない場合は37.
5度以上でなくても受け入れられない場合があります。 - 保育室の場所について：セキュリティ保護のため、申し込みをした利用者様のみ主催者様からお知らせします。迷った場合は当日受付にお問い合わせください。
- 当日の体調について：当日保育前に、体温の測定をお願いいたしますのでご協力をお願いいたします。
- 完全予約制：当日の保育依頼はお断りさせて頂いておりますので予めご了承ください。
【24日限定！スペシャル学童ルーム（小学生向け）】
小学生のお子さまと一緒にご参加の保護者さまへ
小学生が過ごせるお部屋をご用意いたしました。近所のおばさんちは「小学生だからこそ」たくさんの大人に触れ、楽しい思い出を作って欲しいと思っています。親の付き添いではなく、お子さん自身が楽しく過ごせる時間であって欲しいという思いから小学生が楽しめる遊びや活動をご用意しています。（例、クッキング、工作、木材、脱出ゲーム、パソコンでデザイン体験、など）

【お支払い】
◇お支払いはクレジットカード（VISA,MASTER,AMERICAN EXPRESS,DISCOVER,Diners club,JCB）にて、
◇現金の支払いを希望の方は後日、お振り込みになります。(後日、メールにて請求書を送らせて頂きます)
【キャンセルポリシー】
◇予約期限：2026年5月20日 23：59まで
◇キャンセルの場合
・前日17:00までに近所のおばさんちへ連絡した場合（キャンセル料は無料です）
・前日17:00以降、また当日の場合、100%の保育料発生（減額あり）

【Temporary Childcare】
For Ages 0 to 3rd Grade of Elementary School
May 24 to 29, 2026 ・ Advance Reservations Required
A temporary childcare room will be set up in one of the event venue’s rooms to take care of staff and customers’ children.
Eligible Age Group: Children aged 0 to 6 years (not yet in school) and elementary school students up to the 3rd grade
Childcare Fees (per hour):
0 years old (3 months and older): ¥1,000
1 to 6 years old (preschoolers): ¥800
6 years and above (elementary school students): ¥500
Childcare Hours: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Capacity: 20 children
If there is a high number of infants, we may reduce the capacity to ensure safety. If the capacity is full, we may have to decline additional reservations, so please make your reservation as early as possible. If a child is not eating or lacks energy, they may not be accepted even if their body temperature is below 37.5°C.
Location of the Childcare Room: For security purposes, the location will only be disclosed to users who have registered. If you get lost, please inquire at the reception desk on the day of the event.
Health Condition on the Day: Please measure your child’s temperature before bringing them to childcare and cooperate with us.
Advance Reservations Only: We cannot accept childcare requests on the same day. Thank you for your understanding.
【Items to Bring】
A change of clothes (1 set; please bring extra depending on age)
Diapers (if applicable)
Milk and/or lunch depending on the time of day
Identification for the guardian (e.g., driver’s license)
【Payment】
Payment should be made by credit card (VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, Diners Club, JCB) at the end of the service on the day of use.
For those wishing to pay in cash, payment will be via bank transfer at a later date. (An invoice will be sent via email later.)
【Cancellation Policy】
Reservation Deadline: Until 11:59 PM, May 20, 2026
In case of cancellation:
If canceled by 5:00 PM the day before: Cancellation fee is waived (please contact the designated person in the neighborhood).
If canceled after 5:00 PM the day before or on the same day: 100% of the childcare fee will apply (with possible deductions).
